What Happens After You Submit an Enquiry to FindTaxHelp
2 January 2026 · 3 min read
It's a fair question, and one we think deserves a straight answer rather than vague reassurance. Here's what actually happens once you submit an enquiry through FindTaxHelp.co.uk.
Your details are reviewed against your requirements
When you submit an enquiry, you've told us what kind of help you need, roughly what your situation involves, your location, and your timescale. That information is used to identify tax and accounting professionals whose services are relevant to what you've described.
Your enquiry is shared with relevant professionals
We pass your enquiry details to professionals who may be able to help, based on what you've told us. This is the core of what FindTaxHelp does — we're not the ones providing tax advice ourselves, we're connecting you with people who can.
You may be contacted directly
If a professional believes they can help, they'll usually contact you directly using the phone number or email address you provided, to discuss your situation in more detail. How quickly this happens can vary, and it partly depends on the urgency you indicated when you submitted your enquiry.
There's no obligation at any point
You're never committed to working with anyone who contacts you. If their approach, pricing or availability doesn't suit you, you're free to say so, compare your options, or simply not proceed. Submitting an enquiry is the start of a conversation, not a commitment.
If you haven't heard back within a reasonable time, or your situation changes, you're welcome to submit a new enquiry with updated details.
